In order to give our customers flexibility in choosing the type of maintenance most suitable for them, we offer 3 options:

Standard

(Suitable for bell only systems)

  • Annual maintenance visit during working hours. ( 2 visits for signalling systems; 1 visit for bell only systems).
  • Coded resets during working hours (Subject to limit on resets prescribed by NACOSS and by ACPO). Resets requiring visit will be chargeable.
  • Ability to call out an engineer at any time for an emergency, but call outs charged for.
  • Replacement parts and labour (outside warranty) charged for.
  • Premium

    (Suitable for signalling systems)

  • Annual maintenance visit during working hours. ( 2 visits for signalling systems; 1 visit for bell only systems).
  • Coded alarm resets 24 hours a day (Subject to limit on resets prescribed by NACOSS and by ACPO).
  • Ability to call out an engineer at any time for an emergency, with the first 3 visit free each year.
  • Free replacement parts (outside warranty) with labour charged for.
  • Goldstar

    (Includes all the features of the "Premium" plus:)

  • Maintenance visit outside working hours by arrangement.
  • All emergency call outs free.
  • Free labour and replacement of defective parts (outside warranty).
