In order to give our customers flexibility in choosing the
type of maintenance most suitable for them, we offer 3 options: |

Annual maintenance visit during working hours. ( 2 visits
for signalling systems; 1 visit for bell only systems).
Coded resets during working hours (Subject to limit on
resets prescribed by NACOSS and by ACPO). Resets requiring visit will be
chargeable.
Ability to call out an engineer at any time for an
emergency, but call outs charged for.
Replacement parts and labour (outside warranty) charged
for.
